She goes to the store twice a week to load up on her fresh organic produce that she uses. She really looks forward to making herself a fresh glass of juice each morning. She is getting the enzymes, minerals and vitamins she needs . It takes her about 15 minutes in the morning to juice and clean up. She says she has never felt better in her life.
