Guest guest Posted March 22, 2004 Report Share Posted March 22, 2004 Hi Deb... I think your easiest bet is to go to a good health food store and see if they have the tea or the herb in a capsule. I don't so much use the root myself, but I do pick the greens from my garden area (or buy them at the store) and including them in salads. And spring is definately the best time to do that, the leaves get much more bitter as it turns to fall. I know bitter is good, but I can only handle so much... Hope that helps, Misty L.
