The Recovery program Step 2- Nutrition

This series of articles will be to instruct the reader on how to

maintain, improve, and recover to a state of good health and well

being.

Nothing heals in the human body in less than 90 days,(add one month

for every year You've had health problems.

Example - if you have been sick for 10 years, expect full recovery to

take up to 13 months or longer, after you go on a nutritional

program.

1. Stop Putting Poisons into the body.

2. It takes 5- 7 times the normal amount of nutrition to rebuild and

repair than to maintain.

At this point the medical community should insist and mandate that

their patients practice the best nutrition possible.

But the medical community knows very little about nutrition - go

to the hospital and see what they are feeding sick people!

Instead people are told to take the purple pill , and a whole host

of drugs that do more harm than good.

Everyone should remember - there are no nutritional drugs!

So once we have made the appropriate diet changes , the next step is

to make sure our bodies are receiving the nutrition we are consuming.

When a person is sick , their body is depleted of the natural enzymes

that aid and cause digestion , combine that with the poor food

quality we have here in The US , and it becomes very difficult to

absorb the nutrients.

Enzyme therapy is the future next big treatment trend. As an

example the digestive enzyme protease, has been found to attack and

help to break down cancer cells.

Getting ahead of myself !

When we were an agricultural society , our ancestors received all of

the enzymes they needed, enzymes were contained in the food, fresh

fruits and fresh vegetables were eaten each spring, and people were

by enlarge healthy in spite of hard times.

Now the food is processed to the point that there are very few

enzymes left.

So in order for us to get the proper nutrition to improve and

maintain our health we must supplement with digestive enzymes that

also contain trace minerals.

Two important points, poor colon health lends to chronic conditions.

Poor digestion keeps the body sick.

What do digestive enzymes do? A good enzyme complex should help to -

digest 30 grams of protein , 30 grams carbohydrates, 20 grams of fat

( per meal ).

In addition a good enzyme may help to Digest processed foods and

cooked foods - Digest proteins-Reducing allergies-Dissolve bad fats-

Break up cholesterol deposits- Increase blood flow -Disintegrate

crystalline deposits- Increase energy- Break up and dissolve uric

acid crystals-Reduce bacteria-carry more oxygen to the blood-Increase

white blood cell size and activity- Increase T-cell activity and

production- Reduce problems associated with sickle cell anemia.

Such is the case with gout - many men have received tremendous relief

by putting a good enzyme complex into their diet.

How ?- a good digestive enzyme complex aids in breaking up uric acid

crystal deposits

( gout ), once these deposits are broken up the blood then picks up

the uric acid - takes it to the kidneys where the body flushes it

out. Provided of course the person is drinking good pure water.

Men suffer with gout because of the high consumption of red meat and

poor digestion.

The point is - if you are eating the best food possible, but your

body is lacking digestive enzymes, you will not absorb the nutrients

Any one taking any kind of vitamin supplement will get a greater

benefit if they use a good digestive enzyme.

The enzymes help the body assimilate the nutrients.

Can we get the enzymes from just eating food? Not likely, soil

conditions, harvesting procedures, storage, and either the radiating

or gassing ( nitrous oxide ) plus we don't know how long the food has

set on the shelf at the store. Enzymes are sensitive and die easily.

I highly recommend that anyone with a chronic condition carefully

investigate enzymes.
