Guest guest
Does the lifetime guarantee on the Vitamix include if you bought it second hand? I got one from someone else and it doesn't work right. Do I just contact the company? Ange
Guest guest
I don't think so - you probably have to have your name on file with them, like when you send in those warranty cards - but, who knows, it's worth a try - call them and see what they say. With mine, after about 7 or so years, the blades were getting so they didn't rotate freely. All I did was call them and they sent me a new set free. I actually didn't think that the guarantee was lifetime, but I could be wrong. I thought it was for about 10 years.
