Hi Everyone,

 

I recently read a very interesting article in " Consumer's Guide to

'Genetically Altered' Food " about soy and other grains, etc. As a result, I

thought I'd pass on some info about an excellent NON-GMO soy protein product.

Below is a description of it taken from the manufacturer's website. If anyone

Soy Product Description:

 

" We all know that protein builds strong bodies, and it's not difficult to get

protein from a normal diet. It's not so easy, however, to obtain high-quality

protein that contains the full range of essential amino acids in amounts

This product is formulated with soy protein isolate, which contains all the

essential amino acids and is the most complete vegetable protein source known

today. Soy protein isolate also contains small amounts of many essential

minerals as well as other important compounds, such as isoflavones. Our

exclusive " formulation of soy protein guarantees a full 60 mg of isoflavones

per serving.

 

It contains amounts of soy protein that are among the highest concentrations

available, with the lowest fat content. Each serving contains 24 grams of soy

protein and only 1 gm of fat. This product is an outstanding source of low-fat,

cholesterol-free, non-meat protein, and it's easily digestible, too.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration recognizes that twenty-five grams of soy

THE POTENSOY FORMULATION

 

Many of the soy products available in the United States have been processed in a

way that removes most of the isoflavones, or cannot guarantee their levels. Our

SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE

 

Our soy protein is produced by an isoelectric/water process. This process
