Guest guest
Try asking for Ester-C. What worked absolute wonders for my receding gums (and loss of teeth) was the addition of Co-Q 10 to my supplements. I'm still taking 200 mgs a day cause it helps a heart condition as well. Jean - skmackie Wednesday, February 18, 2004 7:33 PM [s-A] topical vit C for gums? Topical vitamin C is supposed to improve or correct receding gums so I've been told. The usual C is too acidic to use and I think that calcium ascorbate is a nonacidic C that can be used on gums with no deleterious effect to gums or teeth. I'd appreciate any opinions. My local health food stores have no idea where to get calcium ascorbate or topical C and suggestions about that are welcome as well.
