Guest guest
Topical vitamin C is supposed to improve or correct receding gums so I've been told. The usual C is too acidic to use and I think that calcium ascorbate is a nonacidic C that can be used on gums with no deleterious effect to gums or teeth. I'd appreciate any opinions. My local health food stores have no idea where to get calcium ascorbate or topical C and suggestions about that are welcome as well.
