I had the creepiest experience the other day and I'm thinking carrageenan had something to do with it. I wanted to whip up a choc. pudding pie for my hubby. I made a really quick and easy pie crust with sea salt, water, and organic spelt flour. I grabbed a box of pudding from the cabinet and noticed that I only had a box that needed to be cooked in a pot, with milk. So I followed the directions to the letter.
