Guest guest
Thanks for your reply Misty. I've never had gout myself but I do have a friend that has been told she has gout. She doesn't have the extremely painful symptoms that were mentioned in the article. She mostly has swelling and discoloration (like big brown spots) on her lower legs and that's what the doctor diagnosed as gout. She just recently purchased a rebounder so it's good to hear that could help. Thanks, Lynda - Misty L. It is hard to list homeopathic remedies when there are no symptoms available, so if you do have bouts of gout, let us know what those experiences are like, unique to you... But good general things to do include: eliminate liver heat, so spicy foods, greasy/fried foods, etc. Drink lots of water, eat 2 cucumbers a day, try rebounding... That should be a good start... Does anyone else have ideas to share? Be Well, Misty L. Trepke http://www..com , " Lynda " <ltew@e...> wrote: > > The article about gout was very interesting.
