Guest guest
Hi everyone… First of all I would like to thank each and every one of you for participating to make this board the success that it is… And I think it is safe to say, after a year and a half, we are aptly endowed in content for the overall issues of alternative medicine- ranging from policy to specific ailments and solutions for them. But does anyone else think it is time to take it to the next level? Sharing information is great, and we will most definitely continue to do that, but I feel the need to move from " book " information to " real life " experience. I would like to explore the interest of everyone in collectively assessing and verifying the validity of alternative health solutions… I know there are thousands of things to look at, so then the question becomes how do we decide where to begin? I think I want to focus on single homeopathic remedies, herbal single remedies and then herbal combination in that order. Why? Well, homeopathic remedies can be found available in many, many places and belladonna 30c is the same if it is bought from a brand, or b brand, so it takes out the commercial issue. So for example I would like to propose the verification of the homeopathic remedy arnica. It is a great remedy for mechanical injuries and black and blue bruises. Among the elderly it is safe and effective for clearing up the skin on the back of the hands, around the nose and the face for those dark blue to grayish, sometimes with small specks of blood, marks that are so common. So the idea could go something like this: everyone who has experienced this can raise their hand, and I would probably do this through the polling here at S-A. But I must admit, the idea is not fully worked out… Which means I am incredibly open to input here. Please feel free to post your ideas and suggestions to Searching-Alternatives. But let me clarify, any product, commercial ideas should be sent to me personally off the site, this project is not about promoting products. So, if you are ready to go to the next step, let me know your ideas… Sincerely, Misty L. Trepke http://www..com
