Somehow I think enzymes in a bottle just can not compare, in cost or efficacy, to living enzymes in a living sprout... And again we may need to look at why the person is taking enzymes... Is it because of indigestion, reflux, etc... What is disordered in the body and why is the body not able to bring it back to balance... Is it sheer lack of the enzymes, or are the enzymes being blamed, or is the lack of enzymes showing up as a symptom, for an underlying condition?? Just thoughts to chew on... Misty L.
