I didn't proof read this response , and now feel that I must clarify one

statement. I meant to say " Incriminated by entrapment " or " Incriminated by

association " They probably knew but wanted a whipping boy that didn't point to

the bad fats.

The idea that cholestral is the problem is a myth.

The problem is the oxydized-triglicerides in the blood that trap some of the

reqiired (by every cell) cholestral and plate it out in the arteries.

Incriminated by internment.

Read " FATS THAT HEAL, FATS THAT KILL " by UDO ERASMUS. T

Replace all cooking oils, margarines with Olive oil, coconut oil, butter and

start taking flaxseed oil.

You will be amaized at the results.

[s-A] let's talk cholesterol

My friend's hubby has a cholesterol problem. We were discussing

it today. One of the changes they have made is an increase in

exercise for him and they are thinking of going vegetarian.

All this talk about pH and cancer fighting foods got me

thinking. What happens when you have too much cholesteroL?

Arteries clog up, right? Prevent a good flow of oxygen rich

blood. Am I close?

What foods/spices would most benefit a person with cholesterol

problems? We all know which to avoid but are some especially

helpful?

My mom's best friend is in her 70s and has had cholesterol

problems her whole life. Her body just makes the bad

cholesterol. Here's the rub - she's been a complete vegan since

she was 10 and walks everyday. She is able to manage her

cholesterol levels by diet alone. It's gotta be the diet but

what specifically about the diet?

Any ideas?
