Guest guest
Search the net for information about cholesterol not being as important, or important at all, in regards to heart disease. I have heard that cholesterol is there to be like a band-aid for the arteries... Which is why arnica and calendula can be an immense help... Foods are still important for general health and well-being... I would look into juicing and living/raw foods, such as wheatgrass juice, sunflower sprouts, buckwheat sprouts, etc., and of course all the " normal " fruits and veggies... Be Well, Misty L.
