What do you wash your pets or vehicle with? Now let's think what are we washing the inside of our body with? Let's talk about removing waste in the body. The body is around 70 percent water. Yet many people drink little or no water each day. This causes dehydration. When your body is dehydrated you cannot remove all the liquid waste in the body. How many meals do you eat each day? Lets say you eat 2 meals and 1 snack each day. To make it simple we will say that a meal is when you eat to provide energy for the body. Since most snacks have many carbohydrates we will call snacks meals to make it easy for everyone. Lets say you eat 3 meals per day and have 1 bowel movement per day. Some people have less and some have more but this is a good place to start. Think about each meal having trash after it is used and placed in its own trash bag. The trash is taken out 1 time per day and you have created 3 trash bags of trash. Where is the waste going? 365 days times 3 meals = 1095 waste cycles per year 365 days times 1 removal = 365 waste removals per year 1095 waste cycles per year – 365 waste removals per year = 730 waste removals left per each year. Proper Elimination is crucial to good health! It is imperative that the digestive system be kept clean and correctly polarized, however through the natural process of living and eating, a tar like substance consisting of undigested food can build up on the lining of intestinal walls. This tar inhibits nutrient absorption through the villi and provides a place for disease causing organisms to grow. A person with a healthy colon will have two to three bowel movements per day, eliminating the waste from the previous meal shortly after the most recent meal. Elimination should be complete and easy. The stool should be light brown in color, long, and about the diameter of a silver dollar. There should be no offensive odor. The feces should float on the water and it should break apart when you flush the toilet . Cleansed, nourished, and balanced, the colon can absorb nutrients, remove toxins, promote good health. If you have less than 2 bowel movements per day you have colon problems. The really scary situation is the person that they only have one or two bowel movements per week. With such poor bowel habits, can you see why people stay sick all the time. We have been ABNORMAL for so long, that when we get normal it seems like a new thing. It is believed that good health starts in the colon. An adult human colon should weigh between 3 to 5 pounds. Most Americans have colons that weigh 13 pounds or more. It is reported that both John Wayne and Elvis Presley had colons that weighed over 45 pounds. Note nothing heals in the human body in less than 90 days, add one month for each year you have had the health problem. So do not expect perfect colon health right away. Most people pay little attention to their bowel habits. If the pipes in your home become clogged, and the drain slows down, eventually it will all back up. Surprise! you flush the toilet and what pops in the bathtub! stinky poo poo! Call in a medical person, your tub will be diagnosed with acid reflux disease. I promise you putting in a quick fix, will only cause more problems later. What your drains need are a good old fashioned roto rooter guy. According to Dr Morton walker in his Medical Report of Innovative Biologics, Soil Based Organisms or SBOs, are the basis of organic life on our planet. SBOs are tiny microbes that live in the soil and release powerful enzymes, which sterilize the soil against molds, yeast fungi, viruses and harmful bacteria. Add to that - the wide use antibiotics, which wipe out intestinal flora, chlorinated water, which also kills the good bacteria, and the fact that are fruits and vegetables are either radiated or gassed before going to market - and you can see why Americans have such poor colon health. Healthy individuals will have over 400 different essential species of micro-organisms living in their internal terrain helping to produce vitamins and hormones, protecting against disease causing organisms, and keeping the whole intestinal tract and therefore the entire body balanced, and healthy. Many of those friendly bacteria and intestinal flora were obtained from ingesting SBOs. Medical experts, such as Medical Biochemist Peter R. Rothchild, tell us that adequate levels of Soil Based Organisms in the intestinal tract directly help us overcome the following conditions: Chronic fatigue-Rashes and other skin conditions, Allergies, Poor immune system response to common illnesses, Poor response to chronic degenerative disease conditions, Osteoporosis, Diarrhea, constipation, bloating, intestinal gas, bladder and vaginal infections, severe or easy bruising, high cholesterol levels, vitamin D and Iron deficiency, anemia, candida infections, hormone imbalance, and low sex hormone imbalance, prostate problems, menstrual problems, and chronic bad breath. If we are eating 2-3 meals per day, then we should be having 2-3 bowel movements per day.
