Guest guest Posted November 15, 2003 Report Share Posted November 15, 2003 Hi Karri, When I started rebounding, I averaged about 10 minutes on it, and had to work my way up to that 30 minutes. It takes time. But yes, I have noticed an improvement in my facial muscles and can relate to what your doctor was talking about.
