Hi Karri,

When I started rebounding, I averaged about 10 minutes on it, and had to

work my way up to that 30 minutes. It takes time. But yes, I have noticed

an improvement in my facial muscles and can relate to what your doctor was

talking about. If you decide to take up rebounding once again, let us know how

its going for you. It's highly addictive Karri! Lynn
