melony,

i've read and experienced the benefits of Co Q10 many times

regarding tooth and gum health. you can find several books and

articles on the benefits of Q10. if you type coenzyme Q10 into

your search engine you'd be able to read report after report for

days.

my husband had a tooth begin to ache on a saturday night. he

took 120mg of Q10 every hour or two. by midafternoon sunday

the pain was gone. he saw the dentist on monday, needed a root

canal and never had any further discomfort. he declined the

steroids and antibiotics recommended by the allopathic dentist,

had no discomfort between the temporary cap and the

permanent cap. he did contine to use about 400 mg of Q10 for a

week or so.

personally if i have tooth sensitivity i increase my Q10 up to 400

to 600mg for a day or two. the tenderness goes away and i go

back to maintenance amounts, for me thats around 120 mg or

more depending on what rolls out of the Q10 bottle.

i've also seen benefits with my animals who had some dental

problems before i understood the benefits of raw feeding. the

sceintific name for CoQ10 is ubiquinone meaning it is

everywhere. it seems to be necessary for cellular life.

i have a few artilces i downloaded that describe the benefits of

Q10. i you'd like reprints you can contact me directly.

best wishes w/ your dental challenges, elinda
