Guest guest
Ooops... typing error... I put the missing thought in ()... Be Well, Misty http://www..com Hi everyone, That reminded me, there was something else I wanted to share... Once when I was doing a 5 day fast, I started to feel real sick and flu like. It so happened one of my homeopathic mentors called me during this time. I told them what I was doing and how I felt, and they asked which remedies I had taken... I was taken back. You mean, I can take remedies to help with the symptoms of the healing crisis, (IT DOES NOT SOMEHOW INTERFERE WITH THE FAST)??? The answer I got back was, " no, of course not, just the opposite, it helps strengthen and rebalance the body, and even assists in the detoxification " . That was eye opening for me... I would strongly encourage people to not be afraid of a fast... To go into a healing cleansing period with fear, is really a dis- service... So if you do start chelating heavy metals, which again, I fully believe is a vital process to regaining health, or any other form of detoxification, you may want to start investigating homeopathy and homeopathic remedies to help. Does that mean fasting is always fun, no, but it doesn't have to be agony and debilitating... There is nothing like a fast to help you feel on top of the world... After that 5 day fast, I felt fantastic! And for those who might want to understand homeopathy better, please feel free to question me here at . If you want private consultation regarding your particular challenges, we can shift to a private forum, but this group is an excellent medium to discuss homeopathic principles, how to chose remedies, how to take and discontinue remedies, etc. As well as fasting strategies, tips and suggestions... I hope that helps... Be Well, Misty L.
