Regarding Juicing

Hi Barry...

I would think the heavy metal would need to be expelled... And

though uncomfortable, a necessary healing crisis... Perhaps

building up to chorella might be considered... Stick to a lot of

carrot and beet juice...

But I would think wheatgrass would also have the same affect as

chorella, or even more, because of it's deeply cleansing and

nurishing benefits... One ounce is equal to 2 1/2 pounds of

veggies!!!! I was very sensitive to wheat, but have not had

problems with wheatgrass juice... I have heard that the gluten has

not yet formed in the young sprouts- the grass... But I can't say

for sure...

If you are nervous, go slow... Try a little bit and see...

Personally I love the stuff, except for perhaps the taste. But it

gives me lots of energy and I notice I function and feel better when

I take it...

Good luck,

let us know how it goes...

Be Well,

Misty L. Trepke
