the body. If you cannot live without salt (it doesn't take long to adapt)

you can buy Lo-Salt which tastes virtually the same.

We really " cannot live without salt " - but not the processed de-natured

table salt that everybody uses. I use Celtic Sea Salt -

http://www.celtic-seasalt.com/saltoflife.html , which has trace minerals

in it also.
