He recommends eating certain foods and vitamin/mineral supplements. He has a website. Otherwise EFT (emotional freedom technique) they have a free manual to download from their site (long - 100 pages). This technique has claims of curing numerous mental and health conditions. This empowers you to heal yourself very successfully... without chemicals - for free. I am unaware of any alternative solutions that are as effective as anti-depressants. Homeopathy works for some people but is completely ineffective for others. And Bach Flower Remedies and other alternatives like St John's Work only work with very mild depression. While acupuncture has many proven benefits, it shouldn't be used as a direct response to depression or instead of medical intervention. Ignoring pharmacological intervention could be just as dangerous as dealing with 'dangerous anti-depressants'.
