Guest guest
Hi, Depression is a very serious condition, only getting more publicity recently due to high profile public figures suffering from it. I am unaware of any alternative solutions that are as effective as anti-depressants. Homeopathy works for some people but is completely ineffective for others. And Bach Flower Remedies and other alternatives like St John's Work only work with very mild depression. While acupuncture has many proven benefits, it shouldn't be used as a direct response to depression or instead of medical intervention. Ignoring pharmacological intervention could be just as dangerous as dealing with 'dangerous anti-depressants'. More importantly, there should be a holistic approach, which alternative therapies being practised alongside medication. Saul > " Misty L.
