Hi Deanna,

 

The posts that come from SoFlaVegan and Yoga-With-Nancy are run by a lady who

likes to insert fidyl into random places in the articles... She thinks it is

funny, personally I don't agree, and many others on her group find it annoying

too, but she keeps doing it... The information is valuable so I cross post it,

but I don't have time to find all them and take them out... So, there's the

story...
