Guest guest
Dear Deborah... Thank you for your post... There are many homeopathic remedies that can be instrumental in assisting arthritis, the first step would be to get a much more specific listing and description of symptoms... For example where is the pain, what makes it better, what makes it worse, what is the characteristic of the pain, etc. Then once the clear symptoms are understood, it is possible to match a specific remedy to the specific complaints... For example, rhus tox is indicated when initial movement hurts, but continued movements relieve.... However for a fuller resolution of the case, it requires close monitoring as that symptoms can change and remedies need to shift as the symptoms do- kinda like peeling an onion, each layer needs to be addressed in time. I am glad to help with this process but it will require additional attention than what I can offer through this forum... But so you can get started today, let me tell you which homeopathic remedies I would suggest you become acquainted with... Rhust Tox Ruta Grava Calc Carb Calc Phos Silicea These are the ones that most definitely spring to mind when speaking of arthritis... Here is where the learning and research comes in. Go to a good health food store that sells what is called a Homeopathic Repetory and a Homeopathic Materia Medica... Research these remedies in the Materia Medica and cross reference their specific symptoms in the Repetory. This can help you get started on the right road... If you have questions through this process, please post them here, as that I am glad to help answer them.... I would also strongly suggest drinking a gallon of water in the morning within 1/2 of waking... Then follow with another gallon+ of water through out the day... If they think they can not do that right off the bat, start slow, drinking as much as they can but always adding a little bit more until they can get the full regime completed... All of this combined should help considerably... I would also take the time to research a " living foods " diet (to at least understand the priniciples and begin to incorporate them some into the daily diet) (some great links are provided in the S-A files) and investigate the king of living foods- wheatgrass juice... I would also investigate chi kung, or tai chi. Be Well, and let us know how they do... Misty L.
