And I know some people take satisfaction in being as self-reliant as possible. I don't personally use yeast like this, so I am not all that up on this scene. Thank you for bringing up the point of nutritional yeast... Do you know more or less what the difference is between the two? For many the convenience of buying the product might be more enticing than saving a little bit of money... How much does nutritonal yeast cost anyways? Thank you for your post... Be Well, Misty L.
