Greg,

Thanks for so much great info. I am a graduate student in nutrition and like

you, am fascinated with lipid research. Some incredible research going on.

Practical question: if you don't want to ingest unsaturated fats, what do you

put on your salad?

Namaste, Liz

Hi Liz,

I'm playing with a VCNO (Virgin Coconut Oil) and Extra Virgin Olive oil (EVOO)

and ground flax mix. The idea for the

EVOO is to provide pourability at room temp and the ground flax to provide Omega

3 LNA.

Hi, Missy.

Nutritional Yeast is that yellow flaky stuff you can get in cans at your

healthfood store. It tastes so good that I routinely put it on and in

everything.

This is a far cry from " brewer's yeast " (the brown, powdery stuff) that has

about the same micronutrients in it but tastes terrible (at least to me).

I just got a big can for less than $4 that will last me more than a year

even the way I use it.

Try it, you'll like it.

Namaste`
