Be Well, Misty http://www..com NATURAL EXPECTORANT COUGH SYRUP 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup honey 2 teaspoon dried mullein leaves 2 teaspoons dried horehound herb 2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves 2 teaspoons dried chopped ginger 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon a pinch of cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients in a small pot, bring to a boil. Lower the heat then simmer uncovered until the mixture has reduced by about one-half. remove from the heat, strain and cool. Take 1/2 to 1 tsp as needed. Free online calendar with sync to Outlook.
