FEATURED NEWS ITEM In 1994, public access to dietary supplements was assured by passage of the Dietary Supplements Health and Education Act (DSHEA). We alert you to legislation that was recently introduced into both the US Senate (S722) and House (HR724) that appears to provide the FDA with more authority over DSHEA implementation.
