Hi everyone!!!!

We wanted to share something with you that is VERY interesting. This is going to

be a LONG read, but well worth it. We have a friend that for

quite sometime was a medic in the military. Sometime ago, he began to

share with us about his days as a medic in the military, and told us

about the side effects of the PHARMACEUTICAL drugs for cholesterol they he and

several of his colleagues who are now doctors administered while on active duty.

we have hesitated to share this, UNTIL NOW!!!

Being around 55 years of age, he told us that " back in the day " , it was

COMPLETELY NORMAL for people to have cholesterol levels at or just

above 300 over all. There wasn't any REPORTED problems with heart

decease, attach, stroke, high blood pressure and so on. So, why did it

change?????

He began to tell us that his doctors friends shared with him that due

to the fact that MOST, if not ALL people had cholesterol levels in that

range (300 or just above), which WAS considered NORMAL, that there

wasn't ENOUGH money being made from the sales of prescription

cholesterol medications by PHARMACEUTICAL drug companies. Being very powerful,

and financially able to, they begin a push to get the

cholesterol numbers LOWERED by the FDA so the demand for their product would

increase, and they themselves would increase THEIR profits in the market place,

and that's exactly what they did.

Today, if you have cholesterol levels of 200 or more, that is

considered high, and it is HIGHLY suggested by your doctor that you go

on PRESCRIPTION medication to bring your cholesterol levels down. They very

seldom think to check your arteries for blockages, or your heart to see what

condition it's in, because they know there is a BIG

possibility you will not need ANY medication, PERIOD.

NOW....I said all that to tell you this. It is happening AGAIN!!!!! Pam

and I read an article in news that nearly floored us. FOR YEARS

and YEARS and YEARS have we been told that blood pressure is very

important, and that we need to monitor it closely, especially if

hypertension runs in our family. Of those years, we have been told that

a healthy, safe, and even PERFECT blood pressure was 120/80.

In this article, the federal government says that studies have shown

that what used to be considered perfect or " NORMAL " blood pressure

ranges, may not be so safe anymore. They now refer to what we have been told by

them, which was that 120/80 was nearly perfect blood pressure, is now

" PREHYPERTENSION " . They say that it will be necessary for people that have this

condition to have not one, but at least two PRESCRIPTION drugs to keep it " UNDER

CONTROL " . HERE'S WHY!!! They say that around 45 million Americans fall within

this hypertensive range. They also say that the changes come from recent

scientific studies that show that heart decease begins at blood pressure levels

lower than recently thought. NOT!!!!!

It is OUR opinion that this is yet another push by PHARMACEUTICAL

companies to get these numbers LOWERED to increase the demand for their

chemically induced, available ONLY by prescription, PHARMACEUTICAL drugs, just

as they did with the cholesterol numbers. By increasing the demand, the increase

THEIR PROFITS. Otherwise, they would have made no mention in this article of

having to have PRESCRIPTION medications to control a problem that doesn't exist

in the first place.
