If you mean lack of iodine, then I would suggest kelp wholeheartedly. Try the

herb bladderwrack, a type of kelp full of nutrients and minerals and one of

the best sources of natural iodine. Also, there is tincture of iodine in the

pharmacy section of walmart. Try painting a little on the wrist and if it's

absorbed fast he's dificient in it.

My question is that , are there any replacement of the tablet with

nature source like veggie or herbal plant.
