A good way is to " go inside " and get an idea of what your bronchial

tubes look like. It can be literal or whatever your mind presents

you with. Then become aware of how you can let them relax and beome

soft and smooth. (Kind of like the difference between uncooked

macaroni and cooked macaroni.) If you're using something rigid like

uncooked macaroni, you might imagine a soft, gentle, warm breeze (or

light or whatever . . .) flowing through the tubes, softening and

relaxing them.

Some people get very literal images, some not.

To relieve stress between my shoulder blades, I've come up with

the " scrubbing bubbles " guys, and they go in there and scrub the

tightness away. Whatever works!

Have fun,

Jean
