Back Up Searching-Alternatives Information

Hello everyone,

 

As you are now aware, I have heard of alternative sites going

down inexplicably, for extended periods of time, without any type of

feedback, explanation, or recourse.

 

Hopefully these are just human mistakes, computer errors, etc., but

it does make it clear the need to say a few things now, just in case

of such an event.

 

Please consider backing up any information you find important, such

as the files, links, members' names and email addresses, and/or my

personal email address.

check this one as often).

 

Should our site go down please know it is temporary, meaning if we

lose Searching-Alternatives completely, I will create a different

site or perhaps a " regular " site, but I won't disappear for

good, so keep looking and you will find us.

 

I will also do my best to keep track of who our members are so as to

make it easier to stay in touch should something happen to Searching-

Alternatives.

 

Hopefully this is like planning how to get out of your house in the

case of a fire, a good measure of foresight and prevention, but

something you wish never to need to use.
