I wrote about this earlier, but the situtation looks much worse.

I just found out (not surprisingly) that the recent attack on

organic standards is not limited to dairy, but also includes organic

poultry, beef, egg and other meat production.

 

The dead line for response is Feburary 26.

This is typical of the " stealth legislation " so commonly used by the special

interests that know if the public knows about it they could never get it

passed. They only come to light at the last minute since the provisions are

usually buried in other bills.
