Hydrotherapy?

does anyone here do hydrotherapy?

 

do you end with hot or cold water??

I'm thinking cold to close the pores

... yes? no?

Yes, I would end with cold. For more information on nature cure and

Out of curiosity, I hope you don't mind me asking, what is the

hydrotherapy for? An acute or chronic condition? The site above

differentiates between the two... I assumed acute.

 

Does anyone else have a different opinion or point of view?
