What a wonderful, reasoned approach to this epidemic condition!

 

The only thing I would add is for this person to consider regular

skilled relaxation to eliminate the " bracing " that always accompanies

this condition.

 

Also, Alexander Technique would help most of these people.

 

You make me wish that I had become a Chiropractor instead of an MD.
