available to us in a literature called ‘Prasna Uttara Malika’ (A garland of

questions and answers).

 

21. Who is dear to the Lord?

      He who is fearless and takes away fear from others

 

22. How does one attain liberation?

      By sincerely practicing the Sadhana (spiritual discipline)

 

23. Who is most lovable?

      The one who possesses the Knowledge of the Brahman

 

24. How does one develop 'viveka' (discrimination)?

      Through the service to an elder

 

25. Who are elders?

      Those who have realized the Ultimate Truth

 

26. Who is truly wealthy?

      He who possess the wealth of devotion towards the Lord

 

27. Who profits from his life?

      The one who is humble

 

28 Who is a loser?

     The one who is drunk with pride

 

29. What is the most difficult task for a man?

      To keep his mind under control constantly

 

30. Who protects an aspirant?

       His Guru.
