Those philosophers whose minds are deluded by My own Maya, do not

understand Me who has assumed this human form. They think I am

affected by happiness and misery.

 

This world has no separate existence; it exists only in our

imagination just as we imagine the existence of a snake in the rope.

 

When you are able to know the Paramatman by the process

of 'Neti' 'Neti " , then only you can give up all works; until thenyou

have to carry on doing your duties. The moment the realisation comes

that Atman is different from the body, senses, etc., delusion (Maya),

which is the root cause of Samsara, is destroyed.

 

The idea that " I am this body " is ignorance (Avidya), which is the

mother of delusion. " I am not the body. I am Atman " -- this

realisation is knowledge (Vidya), which is the destroyer of delusion.

Avidya is the cause of Samsara and Vidya is the destroyer of Samsara.

Therefore, those who want to attain liberation should work with one-

pointed attention to gain this knowledge.
