The Vital and Secret Teaching

 

In this world, many people are distressed. This distress is mostly

due to their pride. Therefore let us give up pride and surrender

everything to God.

 

" Tvadiyam vastu Govind tubhyameva samarpaye. "

 

All work, from devotional (constant name recitation of the Lord,

loud chanting, listening to spiritual discourses) to mundane work,

such as waking up, sitting, eating, drinking, sleeping etc. is all

worship and adoration of God. What a simple, easy and outstanding

method this is. If you accept this point from your heart right now,

you will attain supreme bliss.

 

I have heard saints saying that spiritual aspirants who have

surrendered their body, mind, senses, intellect, life, house, and

property to God, live a blissful life. A saint whenever he went to

the market, and whenever he saw a delicious fruit, he would mentally

make an offering to God - " This is for you my Lord. " Now what is

there to loose, in doing a mental offering? So start doing so and

see the results. You will be immensely benefited.

 

The question arises that after surrendering everything to God, what

is to be done? Do His work to the best of your ability, because He

is the Master, the owner of this entire world. What is to be be done

after dedicating everything to Him, is that nothing needs to be done

for ourselves. Engage in constant rememberance of Him, contemplating

on Him, listening to spiritual discourses etc. This type of worship,

surrendering is vital and the secret of all teachings.
