Guest guest
Think Over Your Life. Each and everyone of us should think over - whom do we like? Do we like a person who inspires us towards worship, rememberance and devotion of God or one who inspires us to remain engrossed in mundane worldly affairs? Do we like the thing that is transient? or do we like the thing that is with us at all times, eternally? This body and this world are transient, they do not stay with us and we don't stay with them. But righteousness stays with us, God stays with us, Truth stays with us, Justice stays with us. Think this over - Do we tell lies, or do we speak the truth? Do we like justice or do we like injustice? Do we like honesty, or do we like dishonesty? If we like injustice, then what is the fruit (outcome) this will bear? If pleasures are enjoyable to us, then what will be the fruits of that? Have we derived any benefit from enjoying sensual pleasures? or has it resulted in losses? With great precaution we should pay attention to our life and think over these things - What are we doing? In which direction are we going? What is our inclination? Do we like adoration and devotion to God or do we like worldly pleasures and prosperity? What gains have we derived from the world? and what losses have resulted from God? What benefits have we derived from sins? and what loss have we sustained from righteousness? Reflect, see for yourself and think over - " Sansaar saathi sab swaarth ke hai, pakke virodhi parmarth ke hai Degaa ne koyi dukh mein sahaara, sun tu kisi ki mat baat pyaara. " " All worldly people are selfish, they are dead opposed to spirituality. No one will support you in your sufferings, therefore don't listen to anyone.
