Paramatma

(God) alone is Real. Paramatma is Truth and Love. Meditate on Him as

Truth and as Love. Be always in Satsang, the company of His devotees.

Through this Satsang, Viveka (discrimination) and Vairagya (detachment)

will be implanted and increased. These in turn will strengthen the

spirit and endow you with inner peace. Your mind will then merge in

Paramatma.
