Your chart shows you need to wear emeralds (for Mercury; for communication-- speaking your truth, mastering unhealthy desires, manifesting miracles in your life), and secondarily quartz crystal (for Venus; amplifies your energy) or diamonds. Your metal is silver, for the moon; for intuition. Called the "mirror to the soul", silver increases the effect of rudrakshas and nearby stones. You can wear the diamond ring, probably on your left hand as that is "incoming karma". Stay away from red coral (can increase anger) and amethyst (which can bring weird dreams and inflames unhealthy desires that interfere with spiritual growth). You can also wear Saturn stones, so the sapphire and iolite are fine, but Saturn stones (blue or black stones, and the dzi bead is a Saturn stone) are best worn frequently by someone who has no self-worth issues. doesn't matter. The ruby is fine; it's for the sun, as is gold. If you get a set of 4mm rudrakshas with emeralds and crystal that would be most beneficial. You should also wear the emerald ring until you get them. The problem with rings is that the stones usually do not touch the skin, and therefore don't really do you any good Jyotish-wise, at least not as much as having them strung in with the smaller rudrakshas and wrapped around the left wrist ( left wrist destroys your ego, right wrist destroys other people's egos, around the neck does both. Right side is outgoing karma). You should be wearing the 11 and 15 mukhi rudrakshas touching your skin also; inside the clothes or on the wrist. My Teacher says that the Rudra Center has the finest rudrakshas he has ever found, and he gets around! I've been buying from Ms. Neeta for years. You should buy a set from them and ask for a 4mm mala. Then you need to find some good quality emerald. I have an 11 mukhi rudraksha from the Rudra Center too; I wear it around my neck and wear one of my sets of 108 5-mukhi rudraksha malas on my left wrist. I have been making rudraksha malas for Ishaya monks for over ten years. Take special care to get good quality emeralds.
