We need to know that God and Guru know what we're going through, and that They feel for us. Paramahansaji has shown us that our trials are not meant to make us feel discouraged or defeated. On the contrary, they are meant to bring out strength and inner understanding that we may not have even known we had. As the Guru said, " You are immortal; your trials are mortal.
