LOVE(Chapter 2) LOVE,

love, love is the motivating force in the universe. Nothing else is of

value and of lasting consequence, regardless of its appearance, however

attractive or fascinating it may appear. Love makes the world go round.

Love makes atom adhere to atom. Love is His highest miracle. Love can win the affection of all mankind. Let every thought and action be motivated by love. To understand this love and attain the key, we must fathom the nature of this love, of love itself and of its many varied forms. We must penetrate the veils which conceal its luminosity from us. Man is love embodied. He thirsts for love and he finds real joy in loving and receiving selfless love. Love is the

solvent for the hardest of hearts. Love can confer peace, joy and

wisdom. Cultivate love, express love. Let love be your breath. Let the

sun of love help your heart to blossom. Love all as the embodiments of

the same divine love principle.Love makes the bird look after its young without any thought of return. In the animal kingdom, there is unconditional love. There is no expectation. Only we humans have expectations. We do everything for the sake of return. If only we could learn to do everything for

the sake of no return. For when you serve

others, you serve only yourself for there is no other to serve. There

in only one. Love is the scarcest commodity today! There is no love in

the home between husband and wife, between brother and

brother and between parent and child. Therefore, there must be a

concerted effort to reignite this love in the hearts of all, in our own

hearts. To achieve

this, we must cultivate tolerance, humility, faith and reverence.

Otherwise, how will it be possible for us to realize God? How can we

attain His love if we cannot have love for our fellow travelers on this journey of life?Learn to love, dare to live love and will to spread it and be silent. Live this love and win the glory, the key to God's

heart. Love and love alone rules the world. Love is the open sesame to

all hearts. It can break down iron barriers; it can crash the walls of

ignorance and fear to smithereens. All is possible when love is in the

heart. Love alone can lead one to the portals of heaven. Love

should be the most valued treasure in life. It is fundamental and the

very basis of all life. Without love, there is no world. Without

love, there are no units, atoms, compounds, vegetable, animal or human

life. Cell attracts itself to cell because of love. Cells grow and

become a human being. It can therefore be said that human beings are

composed of love. Every cell, every being declares love and yet, we

ignore this fact. And this love is a reflection, a very minute

reflection of His love. If we would but return His love to Him in

completion, how much richer we would be in our lives, in all we do and

accomplish, and everyone that encounters us, the world would become permeated with an expansive ecstatic love. For love is not an intangible entity, a formless mirage, it is something that can be felt deeply, intrinsically and can be virtually seen. It is the supreme reality.If

a heart is to be judged by how much others love us, then presumably,

many of us do not possess hearts, for many people hate, envy and

dislike, but very few people love all. God has ruled that a heart is

more judged by how much you love others. That is vitally important. How

much do you love others above yourself, love others above those already

near and dear to you and those who love you? Can you love others in

place of yourself?A child is naturally born into innocence. It has a love without boundaries

prejudices, knowing no distinction between good and bad, or right and

wrong. It is fostered in the home by parents and in return, it loves

those parents completely without reserve and includes the entirety of

creation in that love. It knows nothing other this filial love. As the

child grows, it enters into the field of friendship with others, that

is merely another facet of love that requires the understanding of

forgiveness and forbearance. Later on in life, it finds a partner and

marries. Now, this love is tinged with passion and lust, a fervent

demanding love. Yet again, it has offspring and so the love now

develops into a caring protective, compassionate and gentle love. Here,

we find that, whereas initially, the major portion of love was directed

towards the parents, it is now showered upon the children. In fact,

even the spouse takes second place. How the form of love changes during

the various stages of life, circumstance and requirement. Love assumes

as many forms as we face predicaments in our lives. Yet, they are all

facets of the divine diamond of love. There are now varying degrees and

facets of love towards a number of persons. There are so many changing

forms to this worldly love. Loving God is the final form of love and

the most intensive as there can be no restrictions. Human love without

restrictions becomes obsessive and destructive. All other relationships

and loves are merely stepping stones to creating this love for God. The

merging of these streams of love creates a hallowed, strong, pure,

divine love for the Lord. The ultimate is loving God. It is also a love

that will spread itself to include all others. The first and foremost

is and should be this love of God. It is the expression of the soul's

relationship with the oversoul.Lead

others along this path of love for God. Help others to understand this

duty to love, this obligation to love, this necessity to love. Not only

love God but more importantly to see the God in others, in all forms,

be it mineral, plant, animal or human. This is true service, true

austerity, your true pathway to yourself, to your inner divinity. Any

action carried out with love, kindness and compassion always, always

carries His benediction, His consent. The motive is as paramount and

important as the result. Just as a murder unwittingly committed,

accidentally happens, is not as sinful as an unkind critical word

deliberately said to cause hurt and pain.The

prime principles for revealing the self to oneself are faith, hope,

love and charity. Love opens the door to the light of hope and allows

the rays to enter into hearts, then love holds sway. All is possible

when love is in the heart. have love and see love in all creatures. The

power of love cannot be measured or quantified. God's love in action is

a force before which everything bows, a force to be reckoned with. Love

is a bloodless weapon against the greatest enemy, hatred. Love is the

supreme basis for truth the world has ever conceived. For love is

truth. Love and the whole world will bow before you. The power of love

is not yet realized, it is God, for it is the power to create and

preserve. Love the truth, the light and the way. It is the mightiest

power in the universe. Become that love which you have sought in a

form. Pour your love over all, then you have oneness. God is love. You

are love. You are God. You become God when you love God.Try this exercise : take away all love from everyone around you. What

happens? Even atom will not join with atom. the universe as you know it

will disintegrate, will cease to exist! Hence, atom attracted to every

other atom creating a form is brought together with love. So every form

in the world is love. And as we are all love and love is part of God,

then we are in everything. Love, faith and sacrifice. Learn to give,

that is sacrifice. The greatest gift one can give is a smile and

happiness. Develop love by training the mind to think loving thoughts.

That which most of us experience is attachment or attached affection.When

this affection begins to wan, the affection usually turns to hate.

Attachment of any sort brings pain. True love gives, asking nothing in

return, clinging to nothing, it gives love for the pure joy of love's

sake. This is what must be developed. Love is a power that will open up

and release all the qualities of God latent in you. It will open the

door of the powerhouse and let wisdom, strength, beauty and divine

energy flow unceasingly. It is the key to God's heart. It is the key to

God's treasure house. It is the key to God's power. When the latch

strings of the heart are released, blessings will flow through one to

save the world from all its chaos. The moment one feels love for every

creature in the world, all prejudice, pride, greed, fear, worry and

doubt will leave and one stands master of all one surveys by the side

of God. One will become a divine creature. This is the path we must all

travel at some point, some day; it is what we all have to achieve. We

either travel slowly or we travel quickly. Let us go fast and reach the

goal soon. There is only one way to the top; love and unselfish giving.

The giving of love and kindness in thoughts, words and deeds. The flame

of love itself will light the way and will make the journey a pleasure

and a joy. All that you have been seeking, you will find in the Lord.We

all talk about love, we hear about love, but very few of us can express

it, simply because we have not received that kind of love, during our

childhood, which we needed. Our parents did the best they could but if

they were not given love or taught how to love, it is very difficult to

pass it on. Actually, the only place from which we can really receive

the kind of love each one of us needs is from deep within us, from the

God source within us. We have this illusion that we love people, when

in reality, all we are really doing is holding on to them for our

security and comfort. Surrender makes us shiver because we do not want

to give up anything, but true love is not only in sacrificing but in

not holding onto things possessively. If we can surrender, then we

receive back much more than we gave up. This is love. Love is the only

emotion that is truly healing.It

is impossible for us to love everyone, for the world is peopled with

all sorts, vagrants and worse, and we are not at that place where we

can forgive easily, but we can ask God to send His love through us to

the world. If there is someone you cannot and do not love, there is no

purpose in pretending to love them for that does not work. That is when

it is essential to ask Him to send out love to them through us. The

astonishing thing is that when one gives this love, one gets back so

much more than one ever thought possible. The bliss that one gives, the

love that one shares, these alone will be our possessions through

eternity. The outer world enthralls us with thousands of myriad

temptations of trinkets, opportunities and loves. To live and work

permeated by love is no easy task. Love transforms man into a divine

being and helps them to manifest the divine that is his core.
