Om Sairam to dearest Sai Family, Just 5 days before the celebrations of our Lord’s 82nd Birthday, Puttaparthi is wearing a festive look with smiles all over. The climate is well set, chillynights and warm days, Kulwant hall is beautifully decorated with all the traditional chinese balls which we all see during festivals and this time all the pillars are light green instead of red and a nice matching dias with light green curtains. The ‘birthday crowd’ is yet to be seen in Parthi.. stringent security arrangements have been made with about 20,000 police personnel in Every nook and corner of Puttaparthi and every bag is thoroughly checked near the Ganesh gate… The birthday celebrations started with the Rathotsvam (where in the chariot is taken as a procession in the streets of Puttaparthi ). The chariot procession started from the Gopuram gate and Swami personally came till the gopuram gate to bless the

procession. Sathya Geetha, late Sai Geetha’s successor was beautifully decorated and it was a feast to the eyes to see the beautifully decorated cute Sathya Geetha walking in the streets of Puttaparthi. This afternoon, Swami blessed me and my brother with first line. There were only 6 tokens given and probably from tomorrow or the day after it will be a busy place with the crowd doubling… Swami blessed with His divine darshan at 4:45 pm. I was having a important letter from a Sai Brother and Swami with a sweet smile signalled to take the letter and as the car stopped for a while, Swami looked right into my eyes with the world’s most beautiful smile and just then some thing very specific struck to my mind.. Last year the same day November 18th, Swami inaugurated late Sai Geetha’s new home and I was lucky to have His pada namaskar exactly a year ago… Tomorrow will be a BIG day and hopefully we will be lucky and blessed to hear our Lord’s nectarine discourse and a definite 2 discourses
