When water with 32 moolikas is poured on spatika or saaligrama, there will be change in vibrations due to which the quality of moolika theertha will enhance medicinally. As a doctor Sri Swamiji instructs the devotees as to how many times in what quantities the devotees have to take. Sri Swamiji instructs devotees whether to take the theertham once or twice or three times a day or Swamiji may instruct to take it after exposing it to sunlight for one day. This is all medicine.
