Namaskar Sanjeev, sounds that you are either shy, too nice or too

diplomatic to speak up. You need to consider whether its important to

speak or not. It the matter is not important, then its best not to

say anything.

 

If the matter is highly essential, then you need to mention it to

your superior in a nice, polite and diplomatic way. Don't hurt his

feeings or his ego. Remember that a lot of superiors have high ego

and they cannot bear being told by a junior worker that something is

not right.

 

For eloquence of speech, pray to Goddess Saraswati or do sadhana for

90 days.
