Loving Sai Rams,

This is a divine message passed on through " Sanathana Sarathi"

monthly edition- April 2010 and I share with you all.

Swami tells us that speech comes from the mind, the mind comes from"I" (AHMAN)

and "I" ( AHMAN) comes from the ATMA.In fact " I" is a reflection of the ATMA( SOUL)

So, MIND-SPEECH, I- (AHMAN) and ATMA(SOUL) are the members of the same family.

Man rises to divine level with the help of speech, mind and "I"(AHMAN). The harmony

of these three helps man to attain divinity. Their disharmony leads to loss of man's

peace and happiness!

Suppose there live three brothers in a house. If all three of them love and help each

other and live with unity and fraternity, there will be peace in the house. If, on the other

hand, there develop differences and hatred in their minds due to some reason, the entire

house will be embroiled in restlessness and turmoil. Loss of unity is the main cause of

restlessness!

So, there are three brothers in the house. Their names are THOUGHTS,WORDS AND

ACTIONS-. If there is harmony and unity between them, we can achieve victory in all our

endavours. BUT if our thoughts move in one direction, our words in other and actions in yet

another direction, and there is lack of entity among them, then we cannot perform any task.

UNITY OF THOUGHTS,WORDS AND ACTIONS IS CALLED TRIKARANA SUDDHI.

We need to constantly observe ourselves if there is unity among our thoughts, words and deeds.

Sure,it requires practice! Sure,it is not an easy process but for sure it is possible!

With God anything is possible! All we need to do is take one step towards God and God

will take a thousand steps towards us. Those who are ready to practice UNITY IN THOUGHTS,

WORDS AND ACTIONS, connect with Swami or any other form of God you feel connected with

and ask for help. I strongly believe that God helps those who are ready...Baba constantly tells

us that when the student is ready, the teacher is coming.

Sai Ram, Simona
