My Humble Pranams at the Divine Lotus Feet Of the Universal Divine Mother Sai Maa!

The fourth state is called Turiya,the witnessing state.Turiya becomes Turiya-tit.Turiya-tit means the transcending of Turiya.AS one remains as the witness,the mind,itself being a non-entity,disappears.When there is nothing to be witnessed,also the witness disappears.This is called Turiya-tit,the transcendental state,where there is no subject-object relationship.Subject and object are the contents of the mind.They are not contents of Consciousness as such.Consciousness is content-less.It is constant,unbroken,like light.It is simply there.We cannot say it is "Conscious of" anything.However,it gives light to the mind,and thus enables the mind to be "Conscious of" things.
