Guest guest Posted December 6, 2009 Report Share Posted December 6, 2009 Sai Ram, As the world leaders congregate at Copenhagen to discuss the ways and means of reducing Carbon emissions, I feel there is a need to highlight the effectiveness of Vedam chanting in removing the toxicity in our environs and purifying the atomsphere. Swami gives so much stress to Vedas and Yagyas and there is definitely a very positive co-relation between these and their effects on environmental re-generation. It's is pertinent now that more data and statisics be made available to establish the importance of Vedas in our collective endevour to save our planet. This is important because, in all the debates and discussions leading towards this summit, there had hardly been any attempt to highlight the importance of this ancient wisdom which could be "The Solution" to this intractable problem. I would request all the group members to contribute by ways of highlighting Swami's quotes on the subject and also publicizing any empirical data supporting this.
