Guest guest
My Humble Pranams at the Divine Lotus feet Of The Universal Divine Mother Sai Maa! Unfortunately,we find that one is very much inclined to ignore one's true self, and instead, runs around all the time in the pursuit of external objects, thinking the happiness one looks for is to be found there. But,these objects exeternal to us cannot really give us happiness;and once We realize this,we begin to lose our craving for them. They become distant from us,and we are able to detach ourselves from them. Our desires then decrease, resulting in fewer thoughts. This is in itself a sign of process. Our mind becomes clear and we are not confused. The Mind gets weakened due to its tendency of staying away from the Self. Why does it stray?Because it considers these external things as very colorful,as irresistibly charming and attractive,so it feels life is not worth living without all these external things. As already mentioned, they are thought to contain the happiness one is looking for. But,how can permanent happiness be derived out of things which are themselves temporary in nature?Permanent Happiness is our True Nature. To be contd... "Samastha Loka Sukhino Bhavanthu"! AUM SRI SAI RAM!
