Guest guest
Passing Clouds After days of of rain, the sun broke through Dark, heavy clouds gave way to fluffy white ones; And then bits of blue sky and pale rays of sunshine Still a hint of a breeze, a chill in the air. The thick black clouds seemed made of iron Like big wrecking balls, hanging down low Oppressive, depressing, thoughts filled with misery Hanging onto them drenches me in downpour, despair. When they move on, I'm exhausted Thinking, imagining, subjecting myself To pain, fear, suffering, agony. The thin pale, gauzy clouds Like happy thoughts, pass too soon; Misty clouds disappearing into vapor Pleasure is not permanent, ever Fleecy clouds, cottony soft clouds, Layers and layers of sharp shards of clouds Colorful at dawn, moody at dusk Long ribbons of silver and rust; Some threateningly low hanging Some way, way up high Just like sad thoughts, happy thoughts Ponderous thoughts, wondrous thoughts Loving thoughts, angry thoughts Thoughts of worry, thoughts of hope, Health and happiness, wealth and sadness But in the end - Everyone of them will pass - This too shall pass, that too will pass Every last cloud and thought will pass No matter how much I wonder or worry About day-to-day weather: Cloudy today, rainy yesterday, Sunny tomorrow, stormy the next day, It's comforting to know That all my worries and doubts, hopes and prayers Are all just thoughts - passing clouds In the end - The only thing that's left is the infinite sky The only reality that's absolute is the eternal God Sai Ram and Love sai_sravanthi_999
